I am a hybrid performance coach specialising in training high performing adults and parents who are balancing demanding careers, family responsibilities and ambitious personal goals.

My work is built around one principle: performance should enhance your life, not compete with it.

I help driven individuals rebuild strength, endurance and structure so they can become faster, fitter and more capable than they have ever been, without sacrificing time with the people who matter most.

Whether your goal is racing, improving body composition, building healthier food habits, or simply feeling more confident and physically capable day to day, my coaching is designed to integrate seamlessly into real life.

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer with four years of hands-on experience working in gyms and closely alongside some of the highest-rated musculoskeletal physiotherapists in Eastbourne.

 

That clinical exposure has shaped the way I coach allowing me to apply programming that is structured, progressive and grounded in biomechanics, injury prevention and long-term development.

Level 2 Gym Instructor

I completed my Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification through OriGym, where I developed a strong foundation in gym-based training, exercise technique, and client safety. The course focused on practical coaching skills, programme structure, and ensuring individuals can train effectively within a gym environment. This qualification formed the initial professional step in my coaching career and laid the groundwork for my continued development within the fitness industry.

Level 3 Personal Trainer

I completed my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification through OriGym, expanding my knowledge in programme design, nutrition guidance, and client-focused coaching to support individuals in achieving their health and performance goals.

Level 3 Massage Therapist

I completed my Level 3 Massage Therapy qualification through the Association of Learning, developing practical skills in soft tissue treatment, recovery techniques, and injury prevention to support training and overall physical wellbeing.
